Window to the Unknown

By Umm Khadiijah

A window to an unknown pathway. Long ago I searched endlessly. Like a mute I screamed and shout

through a small and dense narrow pathway…

However my sound didn’t curve nor leave a mark….

Never giving up I returned each day to that same small dense narrow pathway and like a mute my screams and shout remained in my stomach. Not making a single impact on my heart.

‘Til one day I decided to change my tactic instead of screaming and shouting, I cried and begged to my

Lord to open the pathway to His mercy and guide to me to His path the path of Islam.

Alhamdulillah, He opened my heart and painted it with eemaan. With this eemaan I seek His face five

plus more times a day. With this eemaan I am giving the key to have a light as I make my way through the

window of that unknown pathway I use to blindly stumble through.
